project life: october 23 – 28!
Another week of Project Life in the books. Last night I completed my October 23 – 28 spread by using the new Acorn Ave. and On Trend collections from Crate Paper. SO MUCH FUN. I decided to do Tuesday – Sunday this week because I was vacationing in Vegas for a long weekend which extended into Monday the previous week; it just made sense to keep Monday with last week.
I have to say that limiting myself this week to ONLY Crate Paper products was a huge time-saver. I mainly used the 6×6 pads, accent die-cuts, and label stickers. The only non-CP products were the shipping tags, bakers twine, and paper clips. I loved how seamless the spread looks… and again, it was so nice not having to color match my gigantic stash of “Project Life papers” against each other while trying to decide which products to use. It took all the guesswork out the equation.
I really lacked photos again this week, I only took 6 total and, as you can see, I really stretched what I had. Sad. I kind of forgot about photo taking and didn’t start until Friday night at dinner which was when I realized I had ZERO thus far. Sometimes that happens. This week in particular was pretty low-key so I just worked with what I had.
